Klinsmann’s national soccer team watches first K League match in three months

Jürgen Klinsmann, head coach of the South Korean men’s national soccer team, watched his first professional K League match in nearly three months.

Klinsmann watched the K League 1 match between Jeonbuk Hyundai and Gangwon FC at Jeonju World Cup Stadium in Jeonju, South Korea, on Saturday with coach Cha Doo-ri.

“Coach Klinsmann met with Jeonbuk advisor Roberto DiMateo for about 30 minutes before the game to talk about players who could make the national team from Jeonbuk and to share his views and opinions on Korean soccer,” said an official from the Korea Football Association.

Klinsmann’s visit to a K League stadium comes nearly three months after the June 24 match between Suwon Samsung and FC Seoul.소닉카지노

He also attended a friendly match between Team K League and Atletico Madrid (Spain) in late July.

Klinsmann was originally scheduled to travel to Germany to watch Bayern Munich play Leverkusen after the Saudi Arabia game in Newcastle, England, on the 13th, but changed his plans and boarded a flight to South Korea on the 14th, arriving at Incheon International Airport.

The move is likely a response to criticism that he has spent only about two months in South Korea in the more than six months since taking over the reins of the national team in February.

Klinsmann will travel to the Seoul World Cup Stadium on Sunday to watch the match between Seoul and Gwangju FC.
