Lee Seung-woo, K League Baseball’s August Player of the Month…’second award’ in his career

Suwon FC’s Lee Seung-woo has been named the K League Player of the Month for August.

The Korea Professional Football Association announced today that Lee Seung-woo has been named the August winner of the EA Sports K League Player of the Month Award, sponsored by Electronic Arts (EA), the official video game partner of the K League.

This is the second time in his career that Lee has been named the K League Player of the Month after being honored in June of last year. Lee appeared in all 25-28 rounds of the K League 1 in August and scored three goals.

Most notably, he scored his team’s second goal in first-half stoppage time in the 25th round ‘Suwon Derby’ against Suwon Samsung on May 5, leading to a 2-0 victory. In addition to his goal, Lee, who played as a central midfielder in that match, was also named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 25th round for his versatility in the midfield.

The August Player of the Month award was based on four matches from rounds 25 through 28 of the K League One season. The nominees were Uhm Ji Sung (Gwangju), Lee Seung Woo (Suwon FC), Gerso (Incheon), and Thiago (Daejeon). In the end, Suwon FC’s ace Lee Seung-woo won the award with a combined score of 37.09 points, beating out runner-up Thiago (29.85).

The Player of the Month Award is selected from the players who were voted as the Most Valuable Player (MOM), Best 11, and MVP in the K League 1 matches held during the month, after first selecting the nominees through the Technical Study Group (TSG) vote (60%).

These candidates are then subjected to a fan vote (25%) on the official website of the K League of Legends and a user vote (15%) on EA Sports FIFA Online 4. The results of the three categories are added together and the player with the highest conversion score is awarded.소닉카지노

Lee came in second (18.46%) behind Thiago (20%) in the first Technical Committee vote, and garnered the most support from both the K League fans (9.10%) and FIFA Online 4 users (9.52%), earning a combined score of 37.09 points, beating out Thiago (29.85 points). Lee will receive a trophy and cash prize from EA Sports.
